Monday, Nov. 11th - Rockin’ Girl and Bikin’ Boy head out early Monday morning, 2:30 am, to meet their group for the Haleakala bike ride down the volcano.

Rockin’ Girl was a bit miffed by the incorrect use of molten lava rock... because we all know we cannot walk on the stuff . . . and she does know what she's talking about. We don't call her Rockin' Girl for nothing.

It's safe once it's cool . . .then we can call it lava rock.<

It seems for some people that is not enough time on a bike. So why not throw in another 10 or so miles?

Then, as if all that was not enough, Rockin’ Girl and Bikin’ Boy headed down to find a black sand beach - One’uli Beach at Makena State Park.
They played in the ocean and had a chance to boogie board.
