Lahaina

Wednesday, Nov. 7th - There’s reading, blogging, writing, and napping going on in the condo this morning. Jane and Ray have opted to head out for the ocean.

Jane and the sea turtles are now friends.

We all headed out for Lahaina about 3 pm. We meander up, down, and across Front Street window shopping and such. It’s an interesting place.

When we get to the Banyon Tree we turn around. Our destination: Warren and Annabelle’s Magic Show. This is the first year we have not seen Warren.

This year the performers are John Shyrock. . .

. . . and Chris Blackmore. It was a great show. Our faces hurt from laughing so much.

We got back to the condo late and you know what happened after that.

No . . . let's not go beyond the pine ridge!

Then we go more north to Honokoau . . .

into the undiscovered regions . . .

We finally return to civilization . . .

we see a small local park . . .

and the resorts at Kaanapali

We finally arrive in Lahaina.

Our destination: Kimo's, where everyone will meet

We have some drinks while we wait

. . . and snack on some Mu Shu Kalua Pork

. . . then we have dinner

. . . there is Haupia cake instead of Hula pie.
